Phans Feeding Families Day 2023

Phans Feeding Families - Raising Awareness of Hunger

Thank you to everyone who donated to end hunger in our region!

Since 2011, Citizens and the Phillies and Philabundance have teamed for the Phans Feeding Families night. This special night’s focus is to raise awareness about hunger in our region to ensure people facing food insecurity have access to healthy meals.

We’d like to thank each and every one of you who supported our 2023 Phans Feeding Families Night & Food Drive! While the weather was inclement at the first pitch, the sun then appeared, excited fans packed the ballpark, and the Phils took to the field. With your tremendous generosity, Philabundance was able to collect nearly 1,079 lbs. of nutritious food to feed our neighbors in need in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Every dollar raised, and every can of soup, box of pasta, canned fish, meats, fruits, and veggies, and all the other additional shelf-stable groceries you provided are needed now more than ever. For that, we are so grateful.

A very special thank you goes out to Citizens, the Phillies, and our Phans Ambassador and star pitcher, Aaron Nola, for their continued dedication and commitment to the Philabundance mission of striking out hunger now and ending hunger for good.
