Food industry partners

Philabundance gladly partners with donors in our nine–county service area including growers, importers, manufacturers, and other large-scale distribution centers and wholesalers.

We accept donations of produce, meat, dairy, dry goods and other frozen and refrigerated items at our warehouse locations.

Check out our donation guidelines to find out if your product meets our food safety standards.

To donate today, contact: donatefood@philabundance.org.

RETAIL partners

We partner with grocery stores, restaurants, caterers, event hosts, food service providers, and other retail locations to help reduce food waste and get more safe, high-quality food to our neighbors in need.

Stringent industry food safety guidelines call for retailers to discard items even though they are nutritious and completely safe to eat. We step in before this happens and redirect surplus product to our Community Partners.

OUR Partners

“At Fresh Del Monte we believe that health and wellness should be accessible to all, and we are committed to supporting our communities by working to provide those in need with nutritious fruits and vegetables. Over the years, Philabundance has been a critical partner in this effort. As Delaware Valley’s largest hunger relief organization, we couldn’t think of a better partner to get our fresh produce to those who need it most.“

Todd Jetter, Del Monte Fresh Produce, N.A. Inc.

“Working with Philabundance has helped us, an organization with very limited resources, efficiently divert desperately needed food items that would otherwise become trash. This partnership seamlessly helps our organization divert hundreds of thousands of pounds of product to families within the communities we serve.“

Joe Conway, Acme Markets
